Ramesh Mengawade
Ramesh Mengawade is a technocrat with a successful track record in building and managing technology organizations. He has over 22 years of extensive experience, and has spent the past 11 years as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding Opus, Ramesh worked for Wipro, Indigo and HP, where he led large teams in building mission-critical systems such as a trading platform for stock exchanges and ATM and POS switching networks for banks.
Ramesh is an alumnus of the Military School of Jamnagar and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Chetan Naik
Chetan Naik is President-Sales and Marketing at Opus Software. He oversees the sales and marketing function for Opus. Chetan brings with him more than 23 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing in the IT industry across multiple geographies. After completing his electrical and electronics engineering from BITS Pilani and post graduation in marketing management from JBIMS, Chetan has worked with Wipro, Ramco Systems, Mastek. His last position was with IBM, as Vice President –General Business India (West).

Paresh Banerjee
Paresh Banerjee has a successful record of achievements in project management, quality assurance, implementation of payment switches and mission-critical applications, including complex financial portals. Paresh has a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, and over 18 years’ experience in managing diverse projects in the financial services industry. He also has close to a decade’s experience in Tandem Nonstop technologies, application development, and performance tuning.

Vivian Fernandes
Vivian Fernandes is Head of Human Resources at Opus Software. He is responsible for organization building and HR management. He has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources at strategic as well as at operations level in the areas of Staffing, Competency Development, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefit and Employee Relations.
A post graduate in Personnel Management from Pune University, Vivian has worked with Sybase, Tech Mahindra, Synechron and Approva in the past.

S. Ramasubramaniam
S.Ramasubramaniam has over 13 years industry experience during which he has architected high-performing OLTP solutions and spearheaded many technology initiatives. He has a successful track record in the execution and delivery of several projects and products in banking and online trading. He has experience in a wide range of technologies - from Microsoft technologies such as COM, CORBA to Nonstop.
Ramasubramaniam has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Madras, India.

Amlan Guha Ray
Amlan Ray has over 20 years experience working in the software industry in Executive Management, Sales, Professional Services, Project Management and Client Relationship Management. He has successfully managed client relationships with several Fortune 500 Financial Institutions in North America, Europe and Asia. Since 1999, he has been working with IT services companies in North America to head their business and client relationship function. He has a Master's Degree in Applied Maths. At Opus, Amlan is responsible for managing Client Relationships and Business Development in North America.

Praveen TM
Praveen currently heads the Offshore Delivery function and has all the project teams reporting to him. Has more than a decade of experience in devising mission critical systems around the Tandem Nonstop platform. As a technology and management evangelist, he has successfully led several OLTP projects including multi-platform middleware for prime brokerage houses in Taiwan, Tandem Exchange Securities Architecture deployment for NASDAQ-Japan and Unix-Tuxedo-Oracle migration onto the NonStop for EFT switch. He plays an instrumental role in carving out effective value propositions for Tandem excellence center.

Rajesh Nagarajan
Rajesh Nagarajan has over 10 years of professional experience, and has sound experience in conceiving, building and implementing large-scale systems. He has extensive hands-on exposure in architecting, building and deploying large mission-critical applications. Rajesh has designed/ developed application frameworks and multi-platform communication middleware which have been implemented at many customer sites.
He has a Master’s degree in Computer Science and holds a management degree with specialization in International Business, in addition to the various credits/ certifications from Microsoft and Novell.
